As a result of the lawsuit between WhatsApp and an assault group, WhatsApp was able to score victory on May 6. Because the jury gave orders to the spyware maker to pay one $167 million. The legal battle was happening for more than five years for sure it all took place in October 2019 at first because ‎ WhatsApp put accusations against the and NSO group.

There was a low ball in the functionality of the chat app and its audio calling. Apparently, the NSO group also took advantage of that and hacked data of more than 1400 users. And after the beginning of the trial, there were many shocking thanks to reach the NSO group agreed.

In the trial, the NSO took complete responsibility and admitted that it was trying to attack and going after many of the users of WhatsApp. The research and developmental president of NSO group Tamir Ghazneli admitted that even after the trial was going on the group kept on targeting the WhatsApp users.

Apparently, it had three consecutive WhatsApp spyware known as the hummingbirds. These were active from 2019 to 2020. Despise separately has names of Erised, Eden and heaven. These are zero click WhatsApp vectors which mean it was working silently and targeting the customers without any notice. The customer did not provide any kind of initiation by clicking. This spyware was working on its own.

For many years, the NSO group claimed that it was not going to target any kind of numbers that were starting from the plus one country court which means any American cell phone numbers. But this claim was also false and full of lies. According to a report of the New York Times, the group attacked an American phone number but it was for the FBI test.

There is a user interface which is known as Pegasus. This basically allows the customers to extract information and intelligence from the targets. And it does not ask for opinions or options to choose from such as the exact method of hacking or extracting the information. With the help of Pegasus the hacking method gets chosen by itself. And the customers really do not care about these methods, they just need the information.

At the back it is always Pegasus who uses The Exploited which is known as the hacking system. It is not up to the company but Pegasus chooses on its own. And so is a company and it has a parent company known as Q cyber. Apparently both of these companies are employing more than 350 employees. Q cyber has a total of 50 employees. Ironically, NSO and Apple are using the same building. Which means both companies are located in the same building.
