Now the long-term benefit trust of anthropic is going to have Richard Fontaine as the CEO. Basically this trust is for the benefit of anthropics so it can receive and achieve the public benefit associative mission. Because Fontaine was on the national security at the state department before coming with the tropic which means he is going to bring government experience to the entropic board. 

Basically, this long-term benefit trust is working on a mechanism which allows anthropic to help the promotion of safety apart from the profit. They trust has full power to elect the board of directors for the company. Other members of the trust are Zachary Robinson who is a CEO of effective altruism. Neil body Ayesha the CEO of Clinton health access initiative as well as president of evidence action Kanika bow is also on the board with the government expert Fontaine.

According to the CEO, Dario Amodei, the appointment of Fontaine is going to strengthen the complex matters and decisions of anthropic. Because Richard’s expertise is in AI capabilities. He has the ability to make rational decisions during critical times. When the AI intersects with the considerations regarding national security, Modi thinks that Richard is the only one who can make rational decisions because of his governing background with the states. 

Although Fontaine does not have any kind of financial benefit with anthropic. But he used to serve as the divisor of foreign policy with the late senator John McCain. He also used to teach at Georgetown security studies. Fontaine has spent six years of his life in leading the security centre for the new American. It is a national security tank which is located in Washington DC just like his president.

Anthropic is always looking for national security and its customers to generate some revenue and find new sources of profits for the company. In order to sell its AI to the customers of the defence, Anthropic paired up with the plant and AWS. So it can work with the cloud dean with Amazon as an investor at its side. 

We all know that anthropic is not the only one which is going to find contacts outside the ecosystem of defence. There are many other labs which are also seeking close relationships with the defence department such as open AI. Meta also revealed that Lama motors are available for defence partners and purposes with the United States.

Google is also not going to sit back in this race. The tech joint is training Gemini to become able to work as classified agent. Then there is another company cohere, which is building AI products for many different businesses. This company is also pairing up with plenty here so it can add AI models within the business.
